Please keep in mind that cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service costs. No call/no show clients are subject to up to 100% of the service costs. Clients who are 10+ minutes late are subject to a $10 late fee and/or rescheduling.
